News: Gucci Mane's community service request denied

A Fulton County judge denied Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane's request to do community service following an assault arrest. Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, faces assault charges over a fight at an Atlanta nightclub earlier this year.    A fan says the rapper hit him over the head with a champagne bottle. 
 Davis' attorney says a trial date hasn't been set, but he thinks it could be in November or December.
