Gucci Mane is Suing Waka Flocka And His Mom Deb Antney For Stealing

Update: Debra Antney Responds by attacking Gucci's weak points saying "Drugs, greed and women ruined him - that's it. Don't blame that sh*t on me!" and she continues to hit Guwops weak points by adding  "He needs some psychological help, Bless his heart - somebody call Dr. Phil for him!"

It looks as if the beef between Gucci and Lil homie Flocka is getting worse as Radric Davis better known as Gucci Mane has filed a federal lawsuit against Waka, Waka's mother, Deb Antney, producer Zaytoven, Khia and even OJ Da Juiceman accusing them of fraud, racketeering, theft and breach of contract as it pertains to Gucci’s company, 1017 Records, LLC, the complaint claims.

The lawsuit claims that Waka's Mother Debra Antney took control of the company and along with Waka Flocka and started up at least three separate companies without Gucci Manes’ consent and, placing Waka in direct violation of his artist’s contract.

The lawsuit even states that Debra Antney also had stolen a ring and necklace from Gucci, failed to report tax information on her income, and seized control of his money and assets, using them for herself, fraudulently inflating the costs of certain record label expenses and using the excess for personal gain.

The group withheld payments and royalties from Davis and Armour as well as records and information about the business of the company, the lawsuit alleges. "Defendants" misrepresentations and omissions were made with the intent that plaintiffs rely upon them,” the lawsuit reads. “The plaintiffs relied on the representations and would not have entrusted (the) defendants with their careers and livelihoods otherwise.”
